**Role and Responsibilities**
- Support the HR Manager in all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Participate in the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientation sessions, completing necessary paperwork, and ensuring a smooth transition.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs, including benefits enrollment, time-off requests, and employee relations issues and escalate appropriately.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, HRIS data, and other relevant documentation, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and data privacy regulations.
- Support the performance management process by assisting in the coordination of performance reviews, tracking performance goals, and providing guidance on performance improvement plans.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge in areas such as compliance, diversity and inclusion, and professional development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational development initiatives, employee engagement activities, and change management efforts.
- Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance and recommend improvements to existing HR policies and processes in the U.S and Mexico.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager.

**Required Qualification & Education**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a generalist capacity.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

**Required Skills & Competencies**
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively and independently.
- Ability to identify and solve problems that arise in their day-to-day work.

**Preferred Experience**
- Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) or equivalent HR certification.

**Preferred Skills & Competencies**
- Experience with HR analytics and reporting.
- Familiarity with project management principles.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

**Physical Requirements**
- Ability to sit for long periods of time on a computer
