This role plays a pivotal role in overseeing a team of executives in Mexico and collaborating with various corporate functions to manage the end-to-end process of people cost and discretionary expenses. This includes budgeting, forecasting, monthly monitoring, variance analysis, adversity mitigation planning, and executive presentations.
This position is based in Queretaro, Mexico and it is and hybrid position.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
Manage the end-to-end process of people cost and discretionary expenses, including budgeting, forecasting, monthly monitoring, and variance analysis.
Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
Develop proactive plans to mitigate financial adversities and ensure financial targets are met.
Administer annual incentive performance and long-term incentives, collaborating with corporate stakeholders to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, leveraging technical skills to automate processes and standardize best practices within the Kellanova system.
Your Recipe for Success
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA).
Proven experience in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
Previous experience of 5 years minimum in similar roles.
Excellent business partnering skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in Financial Management Systems.
Demonstrated leadership and team management experience, as well as exceptional communication and presentation skills.
