**Job Purpose**:
Develop and enhance Finance Solutions

**Responsibilities**:
Contribute to and execute on the Finance Solutions (FS) strategy

Build and enhance FS in the country/region in a consistent way

Enable business opportunities and create competitive advantages through flexible financing and cash solutions for all TD divisions

Execute on growth targets in terms of FS income and volume

Develop, build and maintain the local funding vendor relationship with our key partners (e.g. IGF, HPEFS, Cisco Cap, DFS, DLL, AFS)

Support all TD divisions in enabling Sales, creating additional profit, create value add, optimize our cash by offering Financial Service to TD customers/end-users (e.g. Lease, Loan) focused on B2B

Ensure best practice sharing among the different countries

Track performance of the country/region, work on corrective actions if needed

Closely cooperate with local Sales and Marketing groups

Ensure correct accounting of FS income in line with UAP

Support Tech as a Service (TaaS) in terms of funding vendor relationship and support on funding vendor selection process

Drive change management/transformation - the change to be made is that the Channel (TD & Customers) need to integrate Financial Service to their product offering

**Knowledge Skills and Experience**:
>5 to 8 Years of relevant work experience

2+ years experience in a management/supervisory role

Several years of experience in Finance Solutions (operational and financial leasing, loans, XaaS)

Experience in Credit & Collection

Comprehensive people management skills (coaching, performance etc.)

Excellent Organisation Skills (time management, planning etc.)

Effective Communication and strong relationship management

Business development mentality

Supportive and service minded

Commercial and profit oriented>1 to 3 Years of experience directly managing / supervising employees
