Description:
Human Resources Business Partner focused on training and communication (HR Business Partner). This function is responsible of major task training and communication, organizational development initiatives. This role is also responsible for coordinating classes, training, courseware development, skills assessment, and will provide support in all functional areas of the HR department as needed. This position will work closely with unionized team members, supervisors and business unit leaders.

**Responsibilities**:
These responsibilities are illustrative but not limiting.
- Manage, design, develop and coordinate the entire training process (DNC, induction, operational onboarding, plans and programs, preparation, execution and evaluation).
- Design and develop training programs.
- Conduct an organization-wide training needs assessment and identify the skills and knowledge each position should have.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training and/or training.
- Keep training plans, programs and records up-to-date, as well as training and competency development tools (skill matrix, skill/flexibility letters, individual training sheets, among others).
- Development and implementing manuals, procedures, regulations on training issues, training and training.
- Execution in conjunction with the production areas for face-to-face training and the training and certification of each production area in order to carry out the deployment in the competency matrix according to the skills acquired.
- Training of production trainers / instructors, as well as their administration, control and development.
- Ensure compliance with the internal and external requirements of the STPS in terms of training.
- Capture of trainings and courses carried out, as well as their upload to the SIRCE platform (Business Training Registration System).
- Planning and implement the complete internal communication process of the company (measuring, planning, communicating, advising, and evaluating).
- 10. Management of internal communication (Releases Newsletters Magazines etc.)

Authority:

- Has the power to report and / or stop any activity that is identified that may put at risk the integrity of any person who is inside the plant, as a collaborator, contractor, or service provider and / or facilities
- In relation to quality, the employee has the power to stop any process and / or work activity that he identifies may jeopardize the quality of our products and / or customer requirements
- Has the authority to make decisions in accordance with procedures, corporate policies, and legal requirements for business success.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Eight (8) or more years of relevant human resources experience.
- Proven work experience as a training coordinator, trainer, training facilitator or similar role at least 7 years of experience.
- Seven (7) or more years of experience in training to implement and complete the full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate).
- Strong Knowledge of STPS procedures and regulations, as least five (5) years of experience.
- Strong Knowledge in ISO 9001 - 2015.
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
- Competition in Microsoft Office.
- Advanced English.
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- As least five (5) years of experience as responsible of organizational communication.

Desirable Qualifications:

- Experience with e-learning platforms.
- Matrix skills and standardized training.
- Formation of high performance and/or self-directed teams.
- Experience in software / training programs, for control and administration of training.
- Experience in designing and implementing internal training institutes (forklift school, welding school, among others).
- Experience in regularization programs for secondary and high school level.
- Experience in training systems.
