The position and your daily adventures

This is a full-time position based in our Mexico City office with a hybrid model, therefore we will expect to see you in the office 2-3 times a week.

**What you can expect**:

- You will be responsible for supporting the operation of our CRM team.
- Create CRM Communication campaigns
- Campaigns and processes optimization

**You and your assets**

What we are looking for:
Technical (hard skills)
- Excel intermediate
- Bachelor's degree

Nice to have.
- English advanced level
- Customer io
- Previous experience with operations
- Basic understanding of SQL

Non-technical (soft skills)
- Attention to detail
- Very organized and structured
- Excellent spelling
