**WHAT YOU WILL DO**

The Sr. Medical Information Analyst is responsible for supporting the development of the medical information content, under the supervision of the Medical Information Lead

This role reports to the Medical Information Lead and is based in Mexico City, Mexico.

**WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON**
- Responsible for implementing monitoring tools to support the Medical Information Operations Lead in the vendor oversight activities.
- Management of complex inquiries through a second line escalation process, under the supervision of the Medical Information Lead.
- Support to the Medical Information Regional team in the deployment of the medical information strategy.
- Develop and communicate appropriate, quality and timely responses to requests of medical information in designated region.
- Develop and implement medical information support materials.
- Report potential adverse events and product complaints to appropriate teams.

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR**

**Experience & Education**:

- A medical or scientific degree is required.
- At least 2 years of related work experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, preferably within a matrix structure is required.
- Good knowledge of medical information best practices, legal and regulatory requirements, Codes of Practice, Standard Operating Practices and guidelines.
- Advanced English is required.
- Basic/Intermediate Portuguese is preferable.
- Availability to occasional travels.

**PROPOSITO DEL ROL**

Esta posición será responsable de apoyar el desarrollo del contenido de información médica, bajo la supervisión del gerente de información médica.

La posición reporta al Líder de Información Médica y se encuentra basada en Ciudad de México, México.

**DESAFÍOS EN A POSICIÓN**
- Apoyo al equipo regional de información médica en la implementación de la estrategia de información médica.
- Responsable de implementar herramientas de monitoreo para apoyar al gerente de operaciones de información médica en las actividades de supervisión de proveedores.
- Gestión de solicitudes de información médica complejas, a través de un proceso de escalamiento de segunda línea, bajo la supervisión del gerente de información médica.
- Desarrollar y comunicar respuestas apropiadas, de calidad y oportunas a las solicitudes de información médica en la región designada.
- Desarrollar e implementar materiales de información médica de apoyo.
- Informar posibles eventos adversos y quejas producto a los equipos apropiados.

**A QUIEN BUSCAMOS**

**Experiência y educación**:

- Personas graduadas de medicina o carreras científicas.
- Al menos 2 años de experiência laboral en posiciones similares.
- Al menos 2 años de experiência en la industria biofarmacéutica, de preferencia dentro de una estructura matricial.
- Buen conocimiento de las mejores prácticas de información médica, requisitos legales y de regulación, códigos de prácticas, prácticas operativas estándar y directrices.
- Se requiere inglés avanzado.
- Portugués básico / intermedio deseable.
- Disponibilidad para viajes ocasionales.

- Capacidad de buscar aportes de diferentes fuentes y colaboradores para impulsar soluciones innovadoras.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal, incluida la escritura científica.
