We are searching the best talent for** a Sr Trade Manager **to be in **Mexico City, Mexico **.

**Purpose**:
Provides direction and develops tactical processes related to customized trade and management of the service providers. Responsible for optimized use of agreed customer promotion budget.

**Essential Duties**:

- Manages development of tactical processes related to customized trade and management of the service providers.
- Responsible for optimized use of agreed customer promotion budget.
- Develops and implements select customization objectives, goals, strategies and measurements in line with overall supply chain and company strategic plans.
- Ensures implementation of standardized select customization process within business.
- Provides reports to management for communication and approval. For example, monthly publication of company service, inventory and financial scorecards related to trade customization activities.
- Manages supplier contract and maintains relationship with third party service provider.
- Maintains close partnership with other departments / functions, for example marketing, sales, supply planning & procurement.
- Manages allocated budget.
- Leverages metrics and insights to inform and influence stakeholder decision-making.
- Attract, retain, rewards & develop the Trade Marketing team (5 people)

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree required - Administration, Engineering or similar.**:

- **Advanced English (lecture, writing and speaking)**:

- **Minimum of 10 years of experience in trade marketing or management, sales effectiveness and/ or sales productivity, process management**:

- **Ideally, sales field experience**:

- **Experience managing teams**
