We are looking for a Campus Recruiter to act as our liaison with universities and help us recruit students and recent graduates.
- Build the relationship with our partner universities for education programs, from early program design to launch and beyond.
- Build new partnerships with local and global education institutions to run our student's programs.
- Attending college career fairs, interacting with students and promoting The Apprentice.
- Coordinate the operations and processes associated with students' programs, resolving issues as needed to ensure an exceptional student experience.
- Screening resumes, conducting interviews, and performing skills assessment tests for junior positions and internships.
- Report on recruiting metrics after every career event.
- Advertise current open roles to online and offline alumni communities.
- Contact university career counselors and provide informative materials about our student's programs.
- Build and maintain good relationships with universities and other educational institutions.

**Your skills**:

- 2+ years of experience in recruitment and sourcing.
- Experience with the tech industry.
- Proficient in English (verbal and written communication).
- Executive presence and comfort are rapidly moving between senior stakeholders and operational execution to enable different audiences.
- Passion for building products or programs that meet the needs of students and universities.
- Exceptional analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Incredible perseverance and drive manifested in a strong work ethic and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever needs to be done.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and radiate positivity even while under pressure.
- Passion for our mission and achieving ambitious goals to bring a high-quality educational experience to learners worldwide.
- Comfortable with teamwork.
