**Objectives of this role**
Plan, assign resources and coordinate the execution of projects, report the development and progress, ensure the customer’s requirements are met in a timely manner.

**Responsibilities**

Ensuring projects meet deadlines.

Coordinating staff and internal resources.

Managing project progress and adapt work as required.

Reporting through agreed lines on project progress through highlight reports and end-stage assessments.

Managing relationships with customers.

Optimising and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary.

Schedule internal meetings.
Presentations for Kick Off meetings.
Schedule meetings with clients.
Meeting Minutes.
Monitoring of minute points.
Monitoring of project material purchases.
Review of project documentation.
Ensure closure of project documentation.
Coordination of resources for workshop activities.
Programming run off validations.
Monitoring of run off validations.

**Required skills and qualifications**

Engineering.

One or more years of project management experience.

Experience in developing web technologies and software platforms for maximum usability.

Strong written and verbal communication.

Conversational english.

Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously.

Attention to detail.

Leadership skills.
