The Coca-Cola Company is looking for an IT Communication Lead to focus on helping our LATAM Digital Services organization in defining and implementing a communication framework for our Digital Services team to leverage with other internal teams. You need to be an excellent communicator who is capable of digesting highly technical principles into simple terms understandable to a non-technical audience.

Also, the focus will be to drive the adoption of systems, tools, processes, and technologies. It is critical for the position to have change management skills to support Digital Services transformation, ensuring the team vision is achieved.

This role will be seated in the Governance & Communication Portfolio that serves LATAM Digital Services and will be contributing with the entire team to streamline communications with the Digital Services team and other stakeholders within the organization.

**What You’ll Do for Us**
- Define, design, and implement a Communication Framework across our LATAM Digital Services (DS) Community leveraging global solutions and aligning with our extended DS teams. The objective is to keep our DS Community informed about the results and deliverables the team is doing across the year, engage with our business around those and ensure our objectives are being achieved collectively.
- As a communication specialist, build a narrative around Digital Services evolution, objectives, and partnership with the business.
- Understand team goals and company business drivers to ensure communication and deliverables are aligned to business priorities.
- Work internally with the team to determine communication needs.
- Write clear and simple non-technical messaging around deliverables.
- Use analytical tools to measure communication performance.
- Change management experience to prepare, support, and help individuals, teams, and organizations in making organizational changes considering all the components: Leadership Alignment, Stakeholder Engagement, Communication, Change Impact and Readiness, Training, and Organization Design.
- Develop change communication plans, create leadership engagement plans, draft important messages, and tailor messaging for multiple audiences, and develop communications plans that promote engagement within the DS team and with other stakeholders in the organization.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- University degree in the fields related to Communication, Public Relations, Journalism change management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience with or within either a global IT organization or a global consultancy or commercial IT supplier as part of a technical communication or change management team in charge of communications.
- Demonstrated experience in working with diverse and remote teams.
- Exceptional written and visual communication skills
- Working knowledge of information technology and business.
- Project Management experience is a must.
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate complex issues to drive tangible business actions.
- Experience with effective communication at all levels in the organization.
- Bilingual level (English required).
