- ** 15+ years in delivering IT solutions for a global consumer goods business with the ability to create and maintain standard project deliverables for multiple projects such as: technical product specifications, requirements backlogs, process flows, wireframes, mockups, timelines, project plan, etc**:

- ** Demonstrable global management and leadership experience**:

- ** Experience in business process re-engineering and standardizing business processes across entities**:

- ** Demonstrated ability to plan and prioritize business needs and allocate resources by appropriately balancing internal capabilities with external consultants is essential**:

- ** Outstanding written and verbal communications skills with a collaborative, team-based leadership style**:

- ** Demonstrated effectiveness in working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and project management counterparts to deliver products/services**:

- ** Working knowledge of industry standards for accounting IT tools with a focus on Ledgers.**:

- ** Experience of Agile ways of working preferable.**:
