Fully Bilingual Office Secretary/assistant

**The job requires you to work daily in our office located in La Cima, Zapopan. We prefer to have someone who lives in the area and has a valid driver's license.**
**Employer Description**:
Our company is looking for an office secretary/assistant to work in our office. You will be handling the reception area, updating paperwork and other documents, and performing other general office clerk duties and errands as tasked. Such as, but not limited to:
- Aid with client reception as needed.
- Assist in updating paperwork, scanning documents, and word processing.
- Help organize and maintain office common areas.
- Perform general office clerk duties and errands (Valid Driver's License is a PLUS).
- Maintain office equipment as needed.
- Handle additional projects, as assigned.
**Skills Required**:
1. **Languages**: Advanced Professional English **(read, write, speak, understand, and think in English) **and Spanish.
2. **Office technology**: High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, One Note), Google Search Engine, G-mail Suite (G-Mail, Docs, Sheets, Google Drive), Adobe PDF, DocuSign, and WhatsApp.
3. **Personal characteristics**:
a. Mature, self-disciplined, goal-oriented, take-charge, and responsible.
b. Meticulous attention to detail and relentless follow-up.
c. Ability to multitask and prioritize.
d. Ability to work under pressure.
e. Ability to listen & take direction.
f. Professional conduct and appearance.
4. **Education**:High school diploma required. College educated preferred.
**Schedule**:
8 hour shift, Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
Pay: $8,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
