You will act as focal point within the quality organization across department boundaries and to other departments/functions.
- You will act as the guardian of conformity and customer quality requirements & expectations ensuring customer feedback is reported and understood in order to identify improvement actions and that the actions are followed up to maintain customer satisfaction.

In doing so you will ensure that behaving with the customer at heart is the guiding principle for every employee.
- You will create and update the Quality Control Plan (e.g. PA Plan, AIT Quality Assurance Plan etc.) and inspection plans and ensure their proper implementation.
- You will manage or carry out survey management of APQP (or any equivalent quality planning).

For the APQP methodology, you will contribute to risk analysis (decision tree) and the determination of APQP relevance and scope for a given project.
- You will act pro-actively, strengthening prevention & surveillance within the business by defining, monitoring and evaluating KPIs (incl. Cost of Non Quality), actively supporting business performance dialogue, identifying and analyzing issues (e.g. nonconformance, cost of failure), highlighting impact and providing support/solutions for resolution and reoccurrence prevention as well as actively participating in process improvements.

In doing so, you will champion a learning culture that welcomes problems to continuously improve.
- You will conduct or support reviews for assessing maturity of engineering deliverables, i.e. all required design assurance reviews (Design, Function, System, Software, Equipment) including SW/HW development quality assurance activities and their corresponding follow-up.

Representative reviews are in this context: EQSR, PDR, CDR, MIP, KIP, IRR, TRR, TRB, QR, DRB,etc...

Furthermore, you will ensure compliance of conducted reviews to written requirements and project procedures.
- You will assure monitoring of processes in production. In this context you will conduct assessment of process effectiveness and manage resulting recommendations and actions for improvement.

You will also manage process-related anomalies (containment, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions).

You will ensure that all processes are covered by up-to-date and validated process specifications or standards.

When samples are required as part of process assurance, you will ensure proper tracing and storing of those samples.

You will ensure establishment and implementation of procedures and controls for special processes including ensuring that all relevant activities related to validation, skills and competences as well as choice of test method for process performance evaluation are conducted in line with external and internal requirements.

You will be involved in statistical process control activities, assuring that the Quality of the data is in line with requirements and that necessary actions are taken when detecting infringement of pre-selected control limits.

You will be involved in reviewing and approving documents for manufacturing, assembly, integration, inspection and test, ensuring that they are in line with external requirements and internal processes.

You will ensure establishment of controls for Foreign Object Damage including controls for cleanliness of products.

You will define the way to monitor the performance of test activities.

You will ensure comprehensive documentation of tests as well as review and approval of test reports.

You will conduct and document internal audits, including configuration audits FCA/PCA.

You will define internal audits to be conducted for a specific purpose in a specific timeframe by aligning the needs and contents together with all stakeholders.
- You will actively contribute to the successful performance of Quality Gates.
- You will manage process NCRs from initialization, root cause analysis, correction and prevention to close-out.
- You will develop and maintain Quality Methods, instructions and documentation of the QMS.
