**Hiring Requirements for Managing Partner**

**Location: Mexico City,Mexico,(MXA01)**

DXC provides world-class services for the largest, most complex, and dynamic organizations in the world. DXC has recently announced a new senior role to drive change for our highest profile global customers. We are recruiting Sr Manager Business Advisory and Development that have deep experience in designing innovative strategies to solve the toughest technology challenges faced by our customers.

**About this role**:

- You will build solid and collaborative relationships with senior client stakeholders in Banking, Capital Markets & Financial Services space, so you become their trusted advisor.
- You will be responsible identifying solutions that solve the customer problems while enhancing DXC services and revenue.

**What you will do**:
**Solution Design**
- You will have the knowledge and skills to craft engagements that transcend technology to deliver business outcomes and a positive customer experience.
- Proven record of providing clear, pragmatic advice tailored to a customer’s circumstances; having designed solutions that embed security, reliability, ease of operation and maintenance.
- Proven record of demonstrating value across multiple areas of a customer’s technology estate to enable future cross-selling of additional capabilities.

**Who you are**:

- Master's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in computer science or one in a scientific field that includes significant information technology elements.
- Fifteen or more years of related experience; having held executive positions in different domains, from Aerospace and Defence, Insurance, Banking, Healthcare, and others.
- Ten or more years in a supervisory or management capacity included.
- Experience working with the management implications of various forms of financial data.
- Experience with contract interpretation, negotiations, and project management; with a proven track record of presenting complex program, technology, and operational proposals up to CXO level in highly charged, large organizations.

**Other Qualifications**
- Strong communication skills needed to interface with high-level customer representatives.
- Strategic management and planning skills ranging from traditional waterfall through to agile.
- Track record of analytical and problem-solving skills
- Communication skills to interact with executive management, staff, vendors and clients, executive presence.
- Leadership skills to lead and mentor the work of subordinates; ability to create a vision and a path for the team where you do not directly have control.
- Strong sales skills, with a proven record for winning deals from hundreds of thousands to multiple millions of dollars.
- Strong networking skills to create and maintain formal and informal networks.
