**In your future role as Application Manager SuccessFactors you will**:

- Ensure the quality and performance of system solutions
- Act as a 1st escalation point for vendors and user community
- Maintain documentation and compliance with IM processes
- Participate in CAB meetings and execute changes/enhancements
- Support key user training and conduct periodic customer visits
- Collaborate on project handovers and optimization initiatives

As a key member of the IM Services Functional Application support team, working together with the rest of the team on driving business continuity, IT professionalism and user / business satisfaction.
Functional area:

- Functional Application Management skill
- Experience with Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG)
- Familiarity with HR processes including Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management, etc.
- Certification in system maintenance/configuration/customization
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English
- CPI or CIG certification
- Familiar with IT standards like ITIL, Cobit, CMM.
- Certification in system maintenance / configuration / customizing
