**Descripción de las principales responsabilidades y funciones**:Estamos buscando un gerente de ingeniería dinámico para unirse al equipo de ingeniería de búsqueda de comercio electrónico internacional, que utiliza algoritmos de aprendizaje automático y optimización de vanguardia para construir una plataforma de búsqueda multitenant.

**Requisitos técnicos esenciales**:

- Experiência en análisis de requisitos, diseño, codificación y pruebas automatizadas de aplicaciones escalables, distribuidas y tolerantes a fallos.
- Familiarizado con el desarrollo ágil u otro tipo de desarrollo rápido de aplicaciones.
- Experiência en la dirección de sistemas a gran escala.
- Conocimiento de las prácticas profesionales de ingeniería de software y las mejores prácticas para el ciclo de vida completo de desarrollo de software, incluidas las normas de codificación, revisiones de código, gestión de control de código fuente, procesos de creación, pruebas y operaciones.
- Fundamentos informáticos en diseño orientado a objetos, estructuras de datos, diseño de algoritmos, resolución de problemas y análisis de complejidad.
- Exposición a la ciencia de datos y tecnologías de aprendizaje automático.
- Experiência en diseño y programación en una o más plataformas, lenguajes y frameworks (Java, Spring, Python), fundamentos de estructuras de datos y bases de datos relacionales/NoSQL, Big Data.
- Experiência en una o más tecnologías de nube pública como GCP, Azure, etc.
