**Tus habilidades y experiência**:

- **Escolaridad**: Lic. Económico - Administrativo, Actuaria
- **Experiência**:1 año en atención al cliente orientado a manejo de siniestros.
- **Conocimientos técnicos**:Excel intermedio, Office 360, conocimientos básicos de siniestros o reclamaciones, manejo de Sales Force (Deseable)
- **Idioma: Inglés** Intermedio - Avanzado (indispensable)

**Misión de puesto**:
Dirigir respuesta rápida y efectiva a reclamos y/o fallas relacionadas a las operaciones de la empresa, presentados por clientes o detectados internamente. Orientados a responsabilidad civil y flotas de autos.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Recibir, investigar y dar seguimiento a los reclamos relacionados a las operaciones de la empresa y todos sus componentes que son presentados por los clientes de la misma, de acuerdo a los procedimientos técnicos, operativos y de seguridad establecidos. Seguimiento de Data Quality y métricas.
- Recibir, investigar y dar respuesta a las consultas presentadas por los clientes sobre transacciones u otras situaciones dadas en la empresa, de acuerdo con los procedimientos técnicos, operativos y de seguridad establecidos.
- Notificar oportunamente a las áreas relacionadas sobre las inconsistencias y/o fallas recurrentes identificadas en los procesos y presentar alternativas de solución a las mismas.
- Generar y presentar información estadística relacionada al comportamiento de las operaciones y componentes de la empresa.
- Participar en la confección y actualización de políticas y procedimientos técnicos, operativos y de seguridad de la empresa.
- Coordinar la comunicación dentro de oficinas productoras de la empresa y regionales.
- Participar en proyectos de mejora dentro del área en coordinación con oficinas a nível global.
