FUNCIONES:

- **Creación de tickets mediante el programa SALESFORCE para los requerimientos operativos.**:

- **Seguimiento a problemas o situaciones con respecto a dudas, detalles, preguntas, problemas o quejasasociadas con el comercio electrónico en LATAM.**:

- **Alimentar y actualizar el centro de datos del SALESFORCE con respecto al comercio electrónico**

- **Manejo de paquetería Office.**:

- **Mínimo 5 años de experiência en creación de tickets, atención a clientes y, sobre todo, en E-COMMERCE.**
