**Advertising Sales Executive (Ejecutivo de ventas de publicidad)**
**Salary**: 20,000 - 30,000 MX per month (plus commissions)
**What You'll Do**:
- Sell advertising spaces on our site, as well as other advertising and marketing solutions on digital channels (sponsored posts, news stories, sponsorships, newsletter, podcast, and similar)
- Prospect and identify new digital advertisers by feeding the database to schedule appointments with customers, in order to make the presentation of the product.
- Negotiate digital advertising rates and terms with clients.
- Elaboration of creative and comprehensive marketing and advertising proposals that meet the needs of clients.
- Review the material to be published together with the client so that there are no errors before its publication.
- Coordinate with accounting and billing departments the payment of the publication process and follow up throughout the process.
- Manage the digital advertising campaign process from start to finish, including creative development, tracking, and reporting on campaign results.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Work collaboratively with the editorial and marketing teams to ensure that digital advertising campaigns are in line with the overall mission and values of our company
- Identify improvements and opportunities in the sales process and pipeline, seeking efficiency and revenue growth as a result
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital advertising sales and account management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in the digital advertising industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Understanding of the digital advertising industry and trends.
- Passion for the future of work and the mission of Allwork.Space.
