Who we're looking for

**We are looking for a dynamic Business Systems Analyst who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced and lively environment This individual will partner closely with our Go-To-Market Operations and Professional Services teams, and lead key initiatives for the organization from discovery to implementation. To succeed in this role, you should be a dedicated and experienced analyst with a strong Salesforce background and a consistent track record of efficiently implementing SaaS solutions.**

What you'll be doing
- ** Run a project portfolio with a focus on launching new products, and developing new solutions for our sales organization**:

- **Leverage a combination of standard functionality and custom development to tackle business problems**:

- ** Ensure accurate testing on all solutions before deployment, including facilitation of User Acceptance Testing with business partners**:
What you bring to the role
- ** Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201), Advanced Salesforce Administration Certification is a plus**:

- ** Solid understanding of Salesforce standard methodologies and functionality, especially**:

- ** Flows**:

- ** Process Builders**:

- ** Debug logs**:

- ** Experience handling systems to support enterprise sales organizations**:

- ** Polished presenter and self-starter who can communicate optimally to a diverse audience of business and technical partners**:

- ** Thorough with strong analytical, problem solving, coordination, and troubleshooting skills**:

- ** Proficiency with JetStream, DataLoader, Workbench.io, and MS Excel for data manipulation**:

- **Position will be during AMER working hours**:

- **Must be fluent in English (spoken and written). Superb communication skills both written and verbal and a solid sense of diplomacy in all of your interactions.**

Preferred Qualifications:

- ** Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Platform Builder or Sales Cloud Consultant certifications**:

- ** Salesforce CPQ or Zuora Quotes experience a plus**:

- ** Experience with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) based selling models a plus**:

- ** Jira / Confluence experience a plus**:

- ** Familiar with Copado**:

- ** Familiar with Agile methodologies**:

- ** Familiarity with APEX**

**Where We Work**:
Being digital first doesn’t mean we’re digital only. In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our Mexico City office on a weekly basis for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
