Como Consultor(a) de Advisory Services en Deloitte serás un miembro fundamental de nuestros equipos de consultoría, trabajando en proyectos desafiantes y estratégicos relacionados a la mejora de los procesos financieros para una variedad de clientes en diferentes industrias.
Este es un rol diseñado para brindarte una plataforma sólida para el crecimiento profesional y el desarrollo de nuevas habilidades. Trabajarás en colaboración con consultores más experimentados para brindar soluciones de alta calidad y generar un impacto significativo en nuestros clientes.
Asumirás la responsabilidad para garantizar que los entregables, resultados y servicios proporcionados a nuestros(as) clientes cumplan con los estándares de calidad de Deloitte.
Dentro de las actividades que realizarás se encuentran:
- Soporte en proyectos de consultoría: Recopilación de datos, investigación de mercado, desarrollo de recomendaciones e implementación de soluciones.
- Análisis de datos y modelado: Utilizando herramientas como Microsoft Excel y otras para la identificación de tendencias y oportunidades. Investigación y documentación: Realizar informes y presentaciones.
**El perfil que necesitas para desempeñarte en este rol es:
- Recién egresado(a) o titulado(a) de las Licenciaturas en Administración de empresas, Contaduría Pública e Inteligencia de Negocios e Innovación o Ingeniería en Gestión Empresarial, Industrial o afín.
- Mínimo 1 año de experiência en consultoría o en procesos financieros (Deseable) Conocimientos contables como cuentas por pagar, cuentas por cobrar, tesorería, inventarios y cierre/consolidación.
- Nível de inglés intermedio/avanzado (deseable).
- Manejo de paquetería office intermedio/avanzado (Deseable).
- Disponibilidad para trabajar tiempo completo y para viajar.
- Lugar de trabajo: Tijuana, Baja California.
- Atributos adicionales: Análisis de información, facilidad de palabra para comunicarse con clientes, conocimiento sobre auditoría interna, control interno, mejora de procesos, planeación, administración de proyectos, Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (BPM).
