**Responsabilidades Clave**
- Gestionar y desarrollar relaciones estratégicas con cuentas clave, asegurando su satisfacción y fidelización.
- Identificar y capitalizar oportunidades de negocio, diseñando estrategias para maximizar el valor de las cuentas.
- Alcanzar y superar el presupuesto de ventas anual de **$400.000 dólares**.
- Colaborar estrechamente con equipos internos para asegurar la entrega de soluciones adecuadas y personalizadas.
- Realizar análisis de mercado y competencia para mantener una ventaja competitiva y adaptar las estrategias comerciales.
**Requisitos indispensables**
- **Experiência**:Mínimo 5 años en ventas de software o servicios corporativos, preferiblemente en empresas de distribución de SaaS o agencias de publicidad.
- **Educación**:Título universitario en Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Ingeniería o campos relacionados. Un MBA es altamente valorado.
- **Conocimientos Técnicos**: Profundo entendimiento de productos y servicios tecnológicos. Capacidad para explicar aspectos técnicos a clientes no técnicos.
- **Soft Skills**:Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación. Capacidad demostrada para construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con clientes.
- **Resultados Comprobables**: Historial comprobable del cumplimiento o superación de objetivos de ventas.
- **Orientación al Cliente**:Fuerte enfoque en la satisfacción del cliente y habilidad para adaptarse a sus necesidades cambiantes.
- **Liderazgo**: Habilidad para influir y motivar a otros, tanto dentro como fuera del equipo. Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y tomar decisiones estratégicas.
