Key job responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of the LatAm seller landscape, including their motivations, pain points, and growth aspirations globally.
- Define a product vision and strategic roadmap of solutions to empower LatAm sellers to succeed in global markets.
- Lead cross-functional teams to build and deliver high-quality features and tools addressing LatAm sellers' unique needs.
- Foster a culture of continuous experimentation and learning to drive innovation.
- Collaborate with central and regional teams to leverage global best practices and insights.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure success and refine the product roadmap.
- Obtain regular feedback from business leaders to maintain executive support.
- Use data-driven insights to improve solutions and prioritize high-impact new features.
- Analyze international consumer demand and shopping behavior to identify high-potential product categories and gaps.
- Collaborate with local merchandising teams to understand consumer preferences and optimize global product assortment.
- Develop processes to surface and prioritize opportunities to expand the global catalog and serve international consumers.
- Establish data-driven selection planning to advise LatAm sellers on expansion opportunities.
- Define mechanisms to identify high-potential LatAm brands and products for global markets.
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
