The** Purchasing Coordinator**´s main responsibility is to Provide administrative support to Indirect daily ordering and PO management activities. The person in this role needs to make sure all placed orders coming via QP/SAP SRM are ordered within due time and delivered. The Purchasing Coordinator specialises in both Direct and Indirect daily ordering and PO management, therefore has the end to end responsibility within their own area. This position reports directly to **Shared Service Manager** and will operate daily out of any our facilities in **San Luis Potosí**, MX on a **Hybrid **schedule.
**_Your main responsibilities:_**
- Support the Purchase Request conversion to Purchase order, coming from QP/ SAP SRM
- Handle order confirmations
- Follow up on orders, using ZDMOPD/ME2N ( delivery time, partial delivery, missing materials etc)
- Handle Vendor Invoice management
- Continuously gain and improve their knowledge in Quick Procurement process
- Support indirect daily ordering process in general, answering for questions coming from end users/ requestors locally
- Create and maintain Framework orders, share and communicate them towards end-users and suppliers in their own area

- 1-2 years of experience in similar role
- Experience indirect and direct sourcing andoperational procurement activities
- Understanding the order flow and related procurement processes
- Procurement system knowledge
- Fluent English
