**¿FUNCIONES**:
a) Desarrollar políticas, procedimientos de recursos humanos en conjunto con gerencia de recursos humanos
b) Manejo y desarrollo de indicadores de recursos humanos y desarrollo de estrategias para lograr los objetivos
c) Asesorar a las direcciones, gerentes y jefaturas de la empresa en temas relacionados con las mejores prácticas en administración de recursos humanos tales como manejo de relaciones laborales, acciones disciplinarias, políticas y procedimientos según sea requerido.
d) Efectuar terminaciones de contrato cuando se requiera.
e) Gestiona la administración de expedientes de colaboradores.
f) Brinda servicio y atención a colaboradores.
g) Sistema de compensaciones (escala salarial, beneficios, aumentos de salario)
h) Planificar, diseñar e implementar programas de motivación, reconocimiento e incentivos dirigidos a colaboradores con el fin de fortalecer un ambiente laboral positivo.
i) Brindar apoyo y orientación a los colaboradores en identificación, solución y/o prevención de conflictos
j) Se asegura que los colaboradores cuenten con las herramientas de trabajo necesarias para el desempeño óptimo de sus funciones, con el fin de que se puedan ofrecer servicios de alta calidad de forma oportuna y efectiva.
k) Presentar reportes periódicos sobre los resultados de su gestión.
l) Realiza encuestas de salarios y prestaciones en la región, entre negocios del mismo giro con el objetivo de mantenernos competitivos
m) Promueve la práctica del deporte y actividades recreativas de interacción entre los empleados del negocio.
n) Conoce el funcionamiento de nómina con el objetivo de brindad respuestas y aclarar dudas a colaboradores.
o) Coordina eventos sociales.
p) Se asegura de la correcta comunicación en la organización.
q) Brinda asesoría a gerencias y jefaturas sobre la correcta aplicación del reglamento interior de trabajo.
r) Promueve la cultura, valores, misión y visión de la empresa.
a) Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas ó carrera afín
b) Excel avanzado
c) Actitud de Servicio
d) Sentido de urgencia
e) 5 años de experiência en recursos humanos
f) Experiência en reclutamiento, selección y sistemas de onboarding
g) Experiência en compensaciones y beneficios
h) Orientado hacia las personas
i) Experiência trabajando por objetivos
j) Conocimientos de la legislación laboral
k) Inteligencia emocional
l) Administración del tiempo
m) Iniciativa y empuje
n) Enfoque a la mejora continua
