**BACHELOR DEGREE**:Electronic, Mechatronic or Computer Systems Engineering.

**LANGUAGES**:Fluent business English

**SOFTWARE**:Familiar with Microsoft program and APPS

**EXPERIENCE**:1- 2 years of experience as a software call center or customer service and support.

Valid Passport and American VISA. Driving License and own car.

**Main responsibilities**:
Being the first contact for the end user.

Help customers and give clear ster-by-step instructions.

Assist tool users in troubleshooting and train them.

Provide all aspects of support including technical support and customer service.

Maintain positive customer relations with each call.

Become a client product and process expert.

**SKILLS**:
Service attitude, high response speed, customer service, responsibility, negotiation, analytical person and problem solver, amiable and teamwork attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $21,000.00 - $24,000.00 per month
