We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead and optimize all HR operations within our logistics division. This role requires operational expertise and strategic HR leadership, paired with a deep understanding of the logistics sector. You will be instrumental in streamlining HR processes, ensuring operational efficiency, and aligning HR functions with our business objectives.
- **Key Responsibilities**_
- HR Operational Excellence:

- Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management, ensuring high efficiency and compliance.
- Develop standardized procedures to enhance operational efficiency and HR service delivery consistency across all teams.
- Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management:

- Ensure all HR operations adhere to local and international labor laws and industry standards, minimizing risks and ensuring organizational integrity.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify compliance risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Performance Management Systems:

- Implement and refine performance management systems to drive employee productivity and align with the company’s operational goals.
- Provide leadership in talent assessment and development initiatives to ensure the continuous growth and skill enhancement of team members.
- Data-Driven HR Decisions:

- Utilize HR analytics to monitor workforce trends and provide insights that drive strategic and operational decisions across the organization.
- Develop and present regular HR reports to senior management to inform ongoing strategies and operational improvements.
- Employee Relations and Engagement:

- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and implementing initiatives that enhance job satisfaction and retention.
- Lead the development of programs aimed at improving workplace culture and employee engagement in line with global best practices.
- **Job Qualifications**_
- Over 8 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in the logistics industry focused on operational roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Strong leadership capabilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to integrity, accountability, and operational excellence.
- **Skills, Knowledge & Abilities**_
- Deep expertise in HR operations with a focus on efficient process management and standardization.
- Profound knowledge of employment law and compliance in both global and local contexts.
- Proficient in HR information systems and data analytics to drive operations and decision-making.
- Excellent organizational skills and a strategic mindset.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
