**Executive Assistant**

**The Role**

This role will provide high-level administrative support to the VP Operations Americas.

This role requires a high level of professionalism in dealing with senior business leaders inside and outside the organization, and a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.

**Key Job Responsibilities**

Draft and prepare PowerPoint Presentations for executive meetings, and organizations that the executive is involved with.
- Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion especially decisions directly impacting the global operations of the company.
- Assists in planning and arranging events, including organizing catering.
- Arranges meetings by scheduling appropriate meeting times, booking rooms, and planning refreshments.
- Arrange travel and accommodations for internal staff.
- Schedules and attends meetings, taking notes and recording minutes.
- Participate as needed in additional special department projects.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent prioritization and organizational skills and demonstrated attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel PowerPoint, etc.)
