**Your Role**:Contingent Worker Coordinator
- As the Contingent Worker Coordinator, you will be vital to the Talent Acquisition Operations Team, managing daily Contingent Worker onboarding requests, process US Referral payments and assist with project and program updates as necessary. This role is critical support for our Global Contingent Worker program._

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Process daily Contingent Worker Onboarding Requests for Global Elanco
- Process bi-monthly US Referral Payments
- Assist in the Contingent Worker compliance and program updates
- Assist TA Operations Director with TA operational projects

**What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications)**:

- ** Education**: Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma / GED with equivalent level of experience
- ** Experience**: A minimum of 1 year working in a ticketing system and processing daily ticket requests
- ** English**:advanced to fluent level, report to USA
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed processes & procedures

- Experience in Workday, preferred
- Ability to complete tasks within procedures with mínimal supervision
- Able to provides key improvements to existing processes and new projects
- Experience anticipating and responding to requests within detailed processes
