Objectives of this role
- Maintain stringent Standard Operating Procedures with effective change communication and ongoing maintenance.
- Provide management to the Operations teams, including leadership, planning, organizing, staffing, budgeting, and training and development of the department and staff. This management includes long term strategic planning and daily direction as needed for planned and unplanned events.
- Ensure continuous improvement by identifying and implementing quality, efficiency, and workflow changes within Operations
- Collaborate with CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operations strategy
- Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive and that organizational goals are met

**Responsibilities**:

- The COO is a key member of executive team in Mexico, involved in the decision-making process of the organization.
- Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement
- Implement business strategies and plans that align with the short
- and long-term objectives developed in tandem with CEO
- Oversee operations, administration area, call center, and partner with CEO in sales management so that sufficient investment capital can be budgeted for near-term growth targets
- Manage capital investments and expenses aggressively to ensure that the company achieves investor targets for growth and profitability
- Stay at the forefront of Institutional KPIs to ensure measurable success across all strategic fronts. Utilize leadings and lagging indicators to direct actions.
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders

Required skills and qualifications
- Ten years of experience in executive leadership roles and at least, 4 years previous working experience as COO
- MA in Business Administration or similar relevant field
- Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
- Business acumen for processes and technical background in Operations and Claims
- Strong communications skills and ability to builds strategic alliances, internally and externally, across multiple functions, geographies, and business units
- Ability to develops and implement long-term business strategies and priorities with the eye on enterprise goals
- Strong leadership and leading successful cross-functional teams, communicating clearly the vision and direction
- Track record empowering teams for success, guiding them through organizational changes and empowerment
- Organizational agility and competence in dealing with ambiguity
- Strong problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation experience
- Strong Analytical skills, quantitative and qualitative
- Familiarity IT/Business infrastructure
- Familiarity Customer service/Call center infrastructure
- Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics
- Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues
- Fluent in English and Spanish
