**Overview of the Company**
United Wheels Inc. (“UWI”) is an international, privately held business, with affiliated companies and operations in Asia, the Americas and around the world. UWI is a world leader in the design, manufacture and international distribution of bicycles, e-bikes, and rideable toys, manufacturing more than 6 million bicycles and e-Bikes each year. In additional to cycling, UWI is at the forefront of materials science though Allite Inc. and its affiliated companies, which utilizes its proprietary magnesium alloys across numerous industries (e.g., sporting goods, robotics, electronics, aerospace, etc.).

**Summary**
Responsible for meeting established sales plan objectives through the development and execution of product sales programs. Serves as the primary contact for specific retail customers as assigned by HDLA General Manager. Execute the Sales Plan for specific retail customers to achieve company’s goals.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Achieve increased sales and market share through customer knowledge and maintaining a close working relationships with specific retail customers.
- Develop and deliver presentations to customers for line review and business reviews.
- In conjunction with the Vice President of International and HDLA General Manager as well as other sales, assembly and marketing teams, formulate and execute strategic business plan, which among other things, will identify areas of targeted growth and expansion potential.
- Identify new areas of growth through thorough research such as wholesalers, Ecommerce, alternate markets (Informal), Catalog companies and Corporate/Government opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a strategic plan for all key accounts that include specific product and pricing strategies unique to that account.
- Develop sales forecast, promotional spending plan and competitive product analysis; maintain thorough knowledge of products, as well as competitive products, prices and sales programs. Maximize profitability by preparing product pricing and promotional programs that maximize profitable sales.
- Enhance customer relationship through excellent customer service and problem resolution techniques.
- Assist in the resolution and avoidance of chargebacks/deductions through proper communications between customer and distribution departments.
- Assist on the implementation of logistics solutions when suppling form the multiple DC’s and countries such as China, United States or Mexico for customer service.

**Education and/or Experience**
A passion for Cycling and the Outdoors
High School Graduate - a preferred Bachelor’s Degree in sales or business administration. Minimum of three to five years of key account experience in a consumer products industry. Previous sales experience - mass market and/or regional accounts. Bicycle industry or consumer product experience preferred. Microsoft Office experience required with strong Word and Excel skills. This position may require approximately 50% of domestic travel and approximately 10% of international travel. Must be able to obtain a valid passport.
