**Descripción de Puesto**
- Objetivo de la Función

Atender cuentas nacionales e internacionales, ingreso de pedidos de clientes en el sistema SAP, seguimiento de tiempos y condiciones de entrega con los equipos de planificación y logística, revisar y validar Forecast (consumos), cumplir con nuestros SLA's (Service Level Agreements), Gestión y uso de los sistema de reclamaciones, KPI (Key Performance Indicators), etc.
- Responsabilidades / Obligaciones

Responsable de iniciar el proceso de realización de pedidos o pedidos internacionales dentro del sistema. Coordinar con Almacén la creación de Cronograma de Entregas con Almacén, entregas directas a Clientes, así como el envío de materiales a Cuautitlán mediante transferencia o con listas de envío. Controlar los pedidos de entregas de Productos en Consignación y solicitar la facturación por el consumo real reportado por el cliente mensualmente. Apoyo en la elaboración del informe de la ASF. Cuentas de Clientes Internacionales (S&C)Requisitos de Trabajo

Formación Académica: Lic. en Relaciones Internacionales, Comercio Internacional, Relaciones Internacionales, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial o a fin. Idioma: Inglés 70% (indispensable) Habilidades: Alto sentido de compromiso, sentido de urgencia, solución de problemas, organizado.
