PAM Transport was founded in Tontitown, Arkansas, in 1980 by Paul Allen Maestri as a 5-truck operation. In over 40 years of business, we have grown into an international company with over 2,000 trucks and 6,000 trailers. **About This Opportunity**

**Schedule**

Monday to Friday 7:00am to 4:30pm. (some Sundays will need to be on guard)

**Responsibilities**
- top driver talent to the fleet
- conduct recruiting activities daily to source new driver talent.
- for hires by maintaining 11 hires (drivers) per 4-week period.
- in-bound phone inquiries from recruits generated from various media sources.
- accurate and timely recruitment-oriented activity in the recruitment dashboard and Tenstreet database.
- screen applicants on DOT common questions (English evaluations).
- qualified applicants for pre-employment drug screens, physicals, and B1 onboarding.
- and welcome approved applicants on the onboarding process.
- background in sales and recruiting, with specific experience in B1 driver recruitment.
- with B1 operations and a solid understanding of the trucking industry.
- English language skills, including the ability to evaluate English proficiency through testing.
- ability to prioritize talent over convenience and a commitment to building a successful team.
