Tus principales funciones cómo Sales Retention & Customer Service Executive serán:

- Retención y desarrollo de cuentas
- Elaboración y análisis de cotizaciones de acuerdo a las necesidades del cliente.
- Identificación de nuevas oportunidades de negocio.
- Participación en eventos (ferias, congresos, etc.)
- Implementación de cuentas o nuevos negocios en conjunto con el área de operaciones.
- Elaboración de informes y seguimiento con clientes.

**Requisitos**:

- Lic, en Comercio exterior, Negocios Internacionales, Logística. o afín
- Experiência mínima de 6 meses en operaciones logísticas (impo & expo) flete terrestre, flete marítimo, flete aéreo, aduanas, elaboración de cotizaciones (Consideraremos pasantías)
- Nível de Inglés: Avanzado, hablado y escrito.
- Habilidades de negociación, orientación al cliente, colaboración interdepartamental y resolución de problemas.
- Excelente actitud y compromiso con el aprendizaje, compartir ideas, autogestión y orientación a resultados.
