El objetivo del puesto **CBS Transportation Planner** es brindar apoyo a las operaciones de transporte a través de la ejecución de la consolidación de envíos, la selección del modo/transportista, la licitación, el seguimiento/localización y la resolución de problemas.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Supervisar el sistema para la actividad de nuevos pedidos.
- Utilizar el sistema para consolidar pedidos/entregas en envíos optimizados.
- Utilizar el sistema para seleccionar transportistas para los envíos de conformidad con los compromisos de la guía de rutas.
- Comunicar información detallada del envío a los transportistas seleccionados (Tender Shipment).
- Supervisar la respuesta de los transportistas a los envíos entregados.
- Tomar medidas alternativas en caso de rechazo del transportista.
- Dar seguimiento/rastreo de pedidos existentes hasta la entrega.
- Comunicar proactivamente fallas en el servicio por parte de los transportistas a los clientes internos afectados (O2I, SNP, DC’s, Plants).
- Resolver proactivamente los problemas del servicio de transporte a través de la determinación y ejecución de un método de entrega alternativo.
- Rastrear e informar los datos de rendimiento del transportista para facilitar la mejora del nível de servicio (es decir, % de aceptación de ofertas, llegada/entrega a tiempo).

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura en Negocios Internacionales, Comercio Exterior o un campo relacionado.
- 1 - 4 años de experiência en logística, supply chain o alguna área relacionada.
- Experiência trabajando con importaciones y exportaciones.
- Deseable experiência usando SAP, Google Tools y Microsoft Tools.
- Deseble experiência con TM9.
- Nível de inglés avanzado.
