Negocia requisitos para muestras de preproducción, repuestos, literatura técnica personalizada y protección de patentes o regalías. Se mantiene al tanto de los desarrollos del mercado y de los productos y entrevista a los representantes en busca de posibles nuevas fuentes de suministro. Desarrolla programas de reducción de Costos. Seguimiento con proveedores que afecten OTD de purchasing. Punto de escalación con los compradores para dar seguimiento a proveedores con cortos críticos, Procesa solicitudes de suministros, investiga productos, aclara especificaciones y documenta licitaciones competitivas, ingresa órdenes de compra, Mantiene un sistema de archivo actualizado sobre precios y proveedores. Busca proveedores o suministros alternativos durante períodos de escasez o desabastecimiento Conocimiento de las habilidades básicas de mecanografía con énfasis en la precisión, los aspectos legales de las compras y la terminología básica de las compras. Mantener el pronóstico de productos utilizando tendencias estacionales, historial de ventas, SIOP y pronóstico de ventas. Administre el tiempo para garantizar que las tareas se completen según lo programado Mantiene datos precisos en el módulo de compras en el AS400 Tarea de proyecto de compras especiales Adaptarse al entorno de trabajo acelerado necesario para las demandas del mercado Orientado a los detalles, de 10 claves y conocedor de Microsoft Excel Cumple con los requisitos ISO Asegurar que los materiales dentro de contratos sean cargados en sistema ERP en tiempo y forma actualizando los parámetros de compras del sistema ERP para que el sistema veraz y autorizado Trabajar con los equipos de ingeniería, logística, compras, commodity managers y demás departamentos involucrados en el proceso de introducción de nuevos productos. Experiência y requisitos
- Experiência mínima entre 3 y 5 años en Materiales, Cadenas de Suministros.
- Sólida experiência en compras automotrices que incluye experiência en estrategia SCM, finanzas SCM, previsión, negociaciones, desarrollo de proveedores, gestión de riesgos, estrategia de adquisiciones, gestión comercial con logística y exposición en gestión de transporte.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación (verbal, escrita, presentación, comprensión auditiva)
- Habilidades generales de PC con conocimientos de software de MS Office a nível básico / intermedio / avanzado
- Software o habilidades técnicas específicas
- 4-7 años de experiência en compras
- Capacidad para crear y mantener relaciones de colaboración con clientes y compañeros de trabajo.
- Capacidad para crear y mantener sistemas de recuperación y retención de registros apropiados para el puesto
- Bilingüe
