- Maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, driving cost optimization and process improvements through collaborative negotiations and contract management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions and optimize sourcing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, engineering, supplier quality, supply chain, operations) to ensure seamless integration of sourcing initiatives with broader organizational objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in sourcing categories or commodities management, preferably in the medical device or related manufacturing sectors.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful sourcing strategies, resulting in significant financial and operational benefits.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with direct experience in complex supplier contract negotiations.
