**About the role**

As an Operations intern, you will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day operations of our credit card services, overseeing key aspects such as payments, fraud management, and operational processes. Your responsibilities will encompass the end-to-end management of credit card operations, ensuring seamless functionality and adherence to industry standards.

**Responsibilities**
- Processing Payments: Handle the processing of payments, including disbursements, wire transfers, and other forms of disbursements.
- Vendors approval: Vendors are requested every day by our customers. For them to be approved, vendors must be related to the working capital of our customers. This task is done daily.
- Daily Disbursements Operations: This include many processes for the national and international disbursements to be sent correctly.
- Receipts: After all the disbursements are sent, it is important to share the receipts with our customers. This task is done daily.
- Record-Keeping and Data Validation: Maintain accurate and organized records of disbursement transactions, invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Work directly with the COO on different tasks within the operations area.

**Requirements**:

- Education: Industrial engineering, finance, business administration or related field.
- Attention to Detail: Needs to be meticulous and detail-oriented to

accurately process payments, verify invoices, and reconcile accounts.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: The role may require the ability to identify

discrepancies, investigate payment errors, and develop solutions to

improve disbursement processes and efficiency.
- Time Management: Managing multiple tasks simultaneously and meeting deadlines is often a part of the role.
- Soft skills: proactive, unafraid to reach out and ask questions when needed, a problem solver, capable of taking ownership of projects.
