**Pharmaceutical Systems (PS)**

**Supplier Quality Account Leader Support**
Su misión principal es la gestión de quejas de proveedores de la planta de Pharma System donde se ubica para proveedores bajo responsabilidad de SMO (Supplier Manufacturing Operations). Es responsable de liderar las investigaciones a nível de Plantas y actuará como el principal punto de contacto entre la organización WW Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) y las Plantas.
**Principales responsabilidades**:
- Gestionar denuncias e investigaciones.
- Recibir, registrar y presentar la denuncia.
- Recopilar información/evidencias (de IQC: Control de calidad interno, QN: Líder de notificación de calidad, Líder 8D).
- Gestionar muestras y evidencias con proveedores.
- Facilitar la gestión de quejas de calidad liderando actividades como visita técnica, prueba IQC, auditorías de proveedores (para causa y evaluaciones técnicas), toma de muestras, etc.
- Revisar, desafiar y compartir comentarios y respuestas de los proveedores de la red de BD.
- Aprobar el informe de Investigación de Proveedores.
- Proporcionar redacción técnica de los resultados de la investigación de proveedores, resumen ejecutivo de hallazgos y conclusiones.
- Mantener la integridad del sistema de datos de quejas de su Planta.
- Apoyar/interactuar con todos los equipos de categoría de calidad de proveedores para temas relacionados con la planta
- Apoyar la ejecución de proyectos que respalden la hoja de ruta de categorías.
- Mejoras/cambios de proveedores, mediante estudio preliminar, recopilación de datos, etc.
- Responsable de la revisión anual de ASL para su sitio.
- Representar a WW SQA durante la auditorías de clientes.
**Perfil**:
- Licenciatura en Ingeniería o similar, deseable maestría en Calidad o Materiales.
- Inglés avanzado (conversacional)
- 6 años de experiência laboral en plantas de manufactura.
- Mínimo 3 años de experiência en calidad tratando con proveedores, gestión de proyectos de calidad o calidad de operación en planta.
- Experiência adquirida en entornos industriales de alto volumen (automotriz, alimentos, plásticos).
- Competente en el uso de herramientas estadísticas y de calidad (metodología 8D, realización de investigaciones, SPC, MSA)
- Deseable experiência con ISO 13485
- Deseable certificación como Auditor Líder
