**Resumen del Rol**:
Estamos en búsqueda de un SAP ISU Customer Service Consultant Senior para trabajar bajo contrato de prestación de servicios (freelance) a tiempo completo. Este rol está enfocado en la implementación y configuración del módulo ISU en entornos S/4HANA, siendo clave en la optimización de procesos para la industria de servicios públicos. El consultor debe contar con una sólida experiência en el flujo completo del módulo ISU y una visión estratégica para la resolución de problemas complejos.
**Responsabilidades**:

- Implementación y configuración del módulo SAP ISU en entornos S/4HANA.
- Análisis de requerimientos y definición de soluciones para la gestión de servicios al cliente en la industria de utilities.
- Asegurar la correcta integración de SAP ISU con otros módulos de SAP.
- Monitorear y optimizar el rendimiento del sistema, garantizando la eficiencia en los procesos.
- Colaborar con equipos técnicos y funcionales para garantizar el éxito en todas las etapas del proyecto.
- Capacitar a los usuarios finales y ofrecer soporte post-implementación.

**Requirements**:
**Indispensables**:

- 10 años de experiência comprobada trabajando con SAP ISU.
- Conocimiento avanzado en S/4HANA y su integración con SAP ISU.
- Experiência en proyectos de implementación y configuración de SAP ISU.
- Dominio del flujo completo de Customer Service en el módulo ISU.
- Inglés avanzado (capacidad para comunicarse de manera efectiva con equipos en EEUU).
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en modalidad freelance a tiempo completo desde cualquier país de LATAM.
