Job Title: IT Business Services Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Business Services Consultant to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our Client Delivery Management team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 2nd level support consulting services for SAP technology-based system landscapes to achieve ambitious SLA requirements.
  • Ensure high availability of customer service by supporting service restoration in critical situations.
  • Collaborate with different teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Mentor and guide junior members of the team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP BASIS, including technical planning, installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
  • Experience with databases (HANA, DB2, SQL Server, MaxDB, Sybase) administration, operating systems (Unix, Windows, Linux), and hardware and hyperscalers technologies.
  • Knowledge of SAP technologies, including SAP Netweaver and HANA-based systems, Solution Manager, and BusinessObjects.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in international and virtual teams.
  • 4-6 years of experience as an SAP Basis consultant or system administrator.
