Buscamos un gerente de marketing altamente motivado y creativo para unirse como gerente de marketing.
Será responsable de desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias de marketing integrales para impulsar las ventas de boletos y aumentar la conciencia de la marca.

**Responsabilidades clave**:
Desarrollar e implementar campañas de marketing para promocionar conciertos y eventos
Colaborar con equipos internos para crear materiales de marketing atractivos y efectivos, como carteles, boletines de correo electrónico y contenido en las redes sociales
Realizar investigación de mercado para estar informado sobre las tendencias de la industria y las actividades de los competidores
Gestionar presupuestos y asignar recursos de manera efectiva para maximizar la rentabilidad
Analizar el desempeño de la campaña y ajustar las estrategias según sea necesario para lograr los objetivos
Desarrollar y mantener relaciones sólidas con socios y partes interesadas para apoyar las iniciativas de marketing
Asegurarse de que todas las actividades de marketing se alineen con los valores y las pautas de la marca de la compañía

**Calificaciones**:
Licenciatura en Marketing, Publicidad u otro campo relacionado
3+ años de experiência en un papel de liderazgo en marketing, con enfoque en eventos y entretenimiento
Habilidades sólidas de análisis y gestión de proyectos, con la capacidad de entregar resultados a tiempo y dentro del presupuesto
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal, con la capacidad de construir relaciones con una amplia gama de partes interesadas
Experto en herramientas de marketing, como Google Analytics, Hootsuite y Adobe Creative Suite
Antecedentes comprobados de ejecución exitosa de campañas de marketing y conducción de ventas de entradas
