**REQUISITOS Y ESCOLARIDAD**:

- Ingeniería electrónica, mecatrónica y /o electromecánica
- 5 años de experiência en NPI
- Bilingüe (Español -Ingles)
- Visa Láser vigente
- Disponibilidad para viajar

**CONOCIMIENTOS Y HABILIDADES**:

- Experiência previa en NPI.
- Experiência en programación Python.
- Habilidad para leer esquemas eléctricos y dibujos mecánicos. Familiarizado con el análisis de fallas de PCB y el análisis de causa raíz en general.
- Software / firmware integrado para SOC y MC
- Enfoque dedicado ala implementación de validación de prototipos mediante la metodología NPI en un ambiente dinámico.
- Experiência en diseño de estaciones de manufactura para alto volumen y/o improvisación para el cumplimiento de compromisos de cliente.
- Experiência en implementación de procesos de manufactura de alto volumen utilizando herramientas Lean.
- Experiência en fixturas, herramientas y sistemas Pokayoke
- Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo, presentación de datos, comunicación y organización.
- Experiência en manejo de bases de datos, gráficas, tendencias, diagramas de flujo, etc.
- Conocimiento de programas y sistema de prueba eléctrica.
- Experiência en el Project Management
- Conocimiento en herramientas APQP, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA

**RESPONSABILIDADES**:

- Crear planes de fabricación para prototipos, producción piloto y producción completa.
- Analizar y recomendar acciones correctivas en caso de cualquier falla en el diseño.
- Desarrollar planes de prueba de productos y realizar pruebas de producción de acuerdo con las instrucciones del proceso de fabricación.
- Preparar documentación para todos los proyectos de NPI y coordinar con todas las partes interesadas y garantizar un producto de buena calidad.
- Supervisar el estado de todos los productos nuevos y garantizar la ejecución eficaz de los proyectos de acuerdo con las políticas y procedimientos requeridos.
- Desarrollar relaciones de trabajo sólidas con los equipos de ingeniería y producción para garantizar que se puedan cumplir todos los objetivos de la empresa.
- Revisa el equipo, el hardware y las herramientas del programa de producción; hace recomendaciones para reparaciones o reemplazo.
- Instala nuevos equipos y se asegura de que funcionen correctamente; entrena a otros para operar maquinaria nueva.
- Transferir el producto de la línea de fabricación piloto a la línea de fabricación en volumen
