You will be responsible for providing basic and some advanced support by handling a wide variety of administrative functions within a functional area.

As a Mobility Admin you will be responsible for:

- Performing office tasks such as filing, maintaining records, processing transactions and other similar duties.
- Preparing reports, presentations and correspondence for the client and the product line.
- Following organizational and departmental procedures to complete tasks.
- Supporting in logistics.
- Working as a focal point for customers operations.
- Tracking shipments and materials.
- Preparing Shipping Advices.

**Fuel your passion**:
To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Logistics or similar.
- Demonstrate strong computer skills and be familiar with MS Office.
- Have at least two years of experience in the area, preferably at Oil & Gas industries.
- Display a strong customer service-orientation mindset and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and project management skills and the ability to work in a global-matrix environment.
- Must be able to work well with stringent deadlines and possess good organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish
