**Líder Técnico - Technical Leader**

**Objetivo**:
Es responsable de proporcionar soporte técnico especializado y desarrollar la capacidad técnica de los equipos RST´s (equipo de apoyo de recursos) y personal operativo, contribuyendo así a obtener el máximo rendimiento de los recursos (humano, maquinaria, materiales, etc). Lidera la implementación de proyectos de mejora, siendo enlace entre operaciones y las áreas de proyectos, técnica y mantenimiento con la finalidad de alcanzar las metas definidas por la organización en los indicadores de SQCDM (Seguridad, Calidad, Costo, Entrega y Moral).

**Resumen de Actividades**:

- Es responsable de garantizar el entrenamiento del personal operativo en el manejo seguro de nueva maquinaria y/o nuevos métodos de trabajo a través estándares JSA (análisis de seguridad laboral) y JSP (procedimiento de seguridad laboral).
- Es responsable de garantizar que la producción y acondicionamiento de nuevos productos cumpla con la especificación establecida y requerimientos sanitarios.
- Conoce y comunica a los integrantes del equipo de soporte técnico los objetivos establecidos de planta y de su unidad de negocios.
- Lidera y supervisa proyectos de nueva maquinaria y/o nuevos productos, cumpliendo con el procedimiento SOP-021.
- Establece en conjuntos con el RST estándares CIL (limpieza, inspección, lubricación) y CL (configuración de la maquina).
- Coordina actividades en iniciativas de COG´s (costos variables del proceso), participa en análisis de riesgos y asegura la generación de FMEA (modo de falla y análisis de efectos).
- Lidera el desarrollo de nuevos materiales, asegura generación y da seguimientos al FMEA, supervisa el cumplimiento al procedimiento SOP-021.
- Coordina y supervisa actividades diarias del equipo de soporte técnico de acuerdo con el plan establecido en la revisiones semanales y mensuales de la unidad de negocios.
- Es responsable de priorizar pérdidas crónicas, participa en conjunto con el RST en la eliminación de pérdidas crónicas mediante la utilización de la metodología RCA (análisis de causa raíz).
- Crea y refuerza los comportamientos que apoyan la mejora continua y la cultura de eliminación de pérdidas por la implementación sostenible de sistemas de trabajo.
- Lidera las actividades de su equipo de trabajo en su área tecnológica ya que es experto en los procesos y tecnologías de las líneas productivas.
- Comparte el conocimiento y asegura la transferencia de este en el equipo.
- Es responsable de cumplir y hacer cumplir las normas, procedimientos y políticas de seguridad y calidad.

**Escolaridad: Ingeniería electromecánica, control y automatización, mecánica, mecatrónica, eléctronica o con título.”**

**Idioma: Intermedio, preferentemente**

**Experiência: más de 5 años en **operaciones/manufactura, **proyectos o afín.**

**Conocimientos: herramientas de seguridad, TPM, mejora continua, Interpretación de planos eléctricos y neumáticos**
