**Job Objective**
- Facilitate the seamless operation of academic activities within the institution by providing comprehensive support in protocol preparation, content writing, monitoring, marketing assistance, and digital media management. Plays a key role in ensuring efficient processes, effective communication, and a positive experience for students and stakeholders. By overseeing various aspects of academic administration and promotion, and contributes to the achievement of the institution's educational goals and enhances its reputation within the academic community.

**Key responsibilities**
- PREPARATION OF PROTOCOL STRUCTURE: Develop and maintain the protocol including registration process forms, regulations, compilation of teachers' curricula, and academic support documents. Ensure the quality of photos for the website and other promotional materials.
- MONITORING AND UPDATING IN DIGITAL MEDIA: Monitor digital media platforms for engagement and update content as needed to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- CONTENT WRITING AND STRUCTURAL SUPPORT: Create content for various platforms including the website, diploma brochure, and news/articles for online publication. Integrate supporting information for the business plan, including the correct writing of job profiles and sales procedures.
- MONITORING: Oversee the operation of the website and registration process, ensuring smooth functionality and user experience.
- SUPPORT IN MARKETING: Assist in organizing marketing activities and events such as fairs, congresses, and forums. Generate and enrich databases with real prospects and research.

**Experience**
- Over 4 years of experience inacademic administration, content writing, marketing, or related fields preferred.
- Familiarity with academic protocols and procedures is advantageous.
- Professional background or profile related to business consulting or IT development is advantageous.

**Required formal education**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, in education, communications, marketing, or a related field.
- Additional certifications or training in digital media management or marketing are beneficial.

**Required knowledge and skills**
- Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in digital media platforms and content management systems.
- Organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Familiarity with academic administration processes and regulations.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Managerial responsibilities**
- The Academic Coordinator may lead or collaborate with a team of support staff depending on the size and structure of the institution. They are responsible for coordinating tasks and ensuring the effective execution of academic support activities.

Pay: $15,000.00 per month
