**JOB MISSION**

Responsible for designing and implementing presales, sales, post-sales and service strategies ensuring attainment of business goals set forth in the annual business plan of the TU Business Units. Develop and implement the Corporate guidelines for the creation of a network of Service Dealers that support the post-sale and repair of Transmissions within the MCC region. Introduce to the market all the product lines of the ZF group in the EO Business Units.

**SCOPE OF DUTIES**
- Sale of Transmissions for the EO segment
- OES spare parts sales
- Infrastructure development through service dealers in the MCC region
- Development of new distribution channels for non-automotive transmission products, for example Industrial, Marine, Off-road, etc.

**MAIN DUTIES**
- Design and implement business strategies to ensure compliance of the annual business plan for Transmissions.
- Maintain and grow profitability of each product line.
- Increase the satisfaction of OES / OE Clients through a good level of service and excellence.
- Grow transmission sales in the MCC region enabling better sales commissions.
- Develop a service concessionaire network in the MCC region to provide proper post-sales service to fleet customers.
- Promote technical sales through added services that allow us to increase our market share with the Original Team
- Investigate and develop new potential businesses where there are ZF products.
