**The Role**:
**We are currently hiring a Team Leader Recruitment.**
The role of the Recruitment Team Leader (Client Services) is to develop and deliver agreed recruitment services to the client ensuring all targets are achieved in partnership with the Client Services Management team. Key success attributes include customer focus, solution orientation, agility, and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Our aim is to ensure that the Team Leader is viewed by the client as a trusted advisor, ensuring a best practice and innovative approach to recruitment is deployed.
The Team Leader is also responsible for the direct reports, Recruiters, ensuring they are performing against set targets and providing support and information as requested. This is a key role that requires a responsive and client-facing individual.
**Key Accountabilities**:
**This is a hybrid role based at our AMS offices in Monterrey, Mexico.**
- 3-5+ years within industry experience, plus **2+ years** in team management/leadership position.
- Assist the Client Services Manager to develop the sourcing strategy for each role recruited and agree the strategy.
- Interpret resourcing plans, define role requirements, and develop innovative sourcing options including networking, headhunting and the use of accessing the external market using world class research tools.
- Produce timely and accurate activity and management information reporting.
- Produce communications to a high standard and in accordance with the client's brand guidelines if required.
- Involvement in any relevant internal presentations and evaluation/review meetings with the Client Services team
- Identify areas of process improvement and service enhancement and communicate these to the Client Services Manager and the team.

- Create client commercial value through responsive recruitment services and the delivery of cost-effective results.
- Maintain agreed service levels with the Client Services team and ensure they are aware of how performance is tracking against the required performance levels.

- Understands AMS people are a key market differentiator and is genuinely committed to the development of direct reports in accordance with the AMS charter.
- Deputize for the Client Services Manager by coordinating daily delivery meetings and highlighting issues for escalation.
- Ensure the Client Services Manager is constantly aware of any relevant issues.
- Previous recruitment and leadership experience
- Experience working to and achieving demanding targets, ratios and SLAs, leading, coaching and mentoring.
- Experience in the use of recruitment technology and recruitment databases.
- Experience of face to face interviewing including competency based at producing business orientated management information.
- Thorough understanding of legislation affecting area of work.
- Degree caliber or commensurate experience.
