Team Overview:
Antifraud team is in charge of risk management and fraud prevention. The Anti-fraud specialist will be responsible for designing and rolling out a great experience to users impacted by AF processes and for creating/changing processes to mitigate the fraud risk in ride-healing. A data-driven approach is required in order to guarantee processes are measured and optimized over time. The team is global, so it will require great project management skills and efficient/effective communication through different teams, cultures and organization levels.

Role Responsibilities:

- Deliver the best experience to internal/external users impacted by anti-fraud strategies;
- Work with multi-functional teams in order to create processes that make DiDi Rides a security platform for all users
- Identify fraud behavior and give feedback to data and strategy team to improve the antifraud rules
- Support operation teams to grow the business with a controlled risk
- Diagnose root causes and suggest creative solutions;
- Measure efficiency and effectiveness of delivered projects and communicate results;
- Define KPIs to ensure that the fraud impact in the company is under expected rates

Role Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience with technology, anti-fraud and/or risk management. Experience in a ride mobility app, delivery app, fintech and/or ecommerce will be a plus.
- Critical Thinking: based on facts and data, skillfully analyze problems and generate a structured approach
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; intermediate MS Excel and SQL knowledge
- Solid communication skills, both oral and written, as well as stakeholder mng skills;
- Ability to learn, empathy for the client and colleagues
- Advanced/fluent English and Spanish
