**Responsibilities**:
**The Opportunity**

Prepare the weekly and fourteenth payroll and incidents report of the local staff as well as consolidate the information ensuring that the variable amounts are correct To ensure payment in time and form of FrontLine personnel. Manage payment requests and purchase orders for suppliers. Maintain the integrity of the records and internal budget for its control.

You Impact as **HR Sr Coordinator**, your responsibilities would consist of:

- Coordinate personnel controls, including file integrity, turnover rates, retention, security, mobility and other applicable.
- Attention, monitoring and solution of internal and external labor problems.
- Flexibility policy management (WTW)
- Select external personnel and organize recruitment.
- Select internal staff and manage career plan (People Planning)
- Hold events for staff, to ensure recognition and integration.
- Participate in initiatives of the different committees (Equal, PEP+, Emotion)
- Develop and implement improvements in onboarding processes
- Headcount vs AOP management.
- Monitoring of development programs (First Gen / Next Gen)
- Actively participate in the expansion agenda.
- Manage OHS action plans.

Qualifications:
**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Engineering or related.
- Advance English (Written and Verbal skills)
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in personnel management / Human Resources or in similar positions.
- Knowledge using SAP (Nice to have)
